Job Title: Lead Recruiting SpecialistReports to: Manager, Recruiting and OnboardingFLSA Status: Exempt (Non OT-Eligible)General Description:This position is responsible for leading the Field Recruiting function by providing, training, support, and coaching to Recruiting Specialists and Onboarding Specialists. They will collaborate closely with the Recruiting team to create robust pipelines of candidates through traditional and creative efforts. The lead will review performance of team members and work with Manager to create solutions to improve quantity and quality of hires.Primary Responsibilities:

Participates in the hiring, training, and ongoing learning of team members.

Develops and mentors team members and is responsible for employee improvement.

Reports results compiled from ATS and other reporting tools to Manager and stakeholders on a regular basis. Thinks creatively to assist in the development of process enhancements to achieve improved results.

Creates and executes recruiting plans for assigned territory. Including digital strategies, hiring events, and launching key partnerships with community organizations.

Collaborates with branch and area leadership to gather feedback on current processes and communicates improvements.

Maintains and builds relationship with Branches to ensure a smooth and efficient process and understand hiring needs.

Willingness to assist in recruitment specialist and onboarding specialist functions as needed based on team census and candidate flow.

Required to visit branches within assigned region 2-3 times per week to assist team and help foster relationships with branch staff and recruiting team.

Competencies:

Knowledge and Experience: Prior office experience is required which includes organizing and executing tasks of moderate complexity. Prior recruiting experience is required. ATS experience is strongly preferred. Leadership experience of at least 2 years is strongly preferred. Intermediate to advanced computer skills including the ability to create and modify documents using Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point).

Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates empathy, maturity, and the ability to function as a member of a team; excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Physical Demands: Ability to sit for long periods and use a pc keyboard; Able to deal with stress and conflict appropriately. Ability to travel to assigned locations as needed.
