Description On behalf of our client we are offering an opportunity for a Regulatory Manager near Oak Brook, Illinois. This role is centered around the regulatory industry, where you will be a significant liaison between various regulatory authorities and project stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around developing regulatory dossiers, overseeing studies, and maintaining compliance with environmental regulations. Responsibilities:

Develop regulatory dossiers for required studies and summarize technical information for submission to U.S. regulatory authorities.

Oversee registration-support studies, including providing input on the design, conduct, and reporting of GLP-compliant studies suitable for regulatory submission.

Submit regulatory dossiers to the EPA and individual states.

Serve as the primary liaison between the company and regulatory authorities, contract research organizations (CROs), and U.S. distributors, handling all matters related to regulatory compliance, as well as the fate, toxicology, ecotoxicology, and agronomic use of assigned products.

Track application progress through registration processes and draft responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of U.S. pesticide laws (FIFRA, FFDCA, etc.) and federal/state regulatory requirements for agrochemicals.

Represent the company in trade organizations and subcommittees, such as CLA and AAPFCO, alongside other regulatory leaders.

Requirements

● Ideal candidate will possess at least a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (ideally within a scientific discipline) with approximately 5 - 10 years’ experience as a federal regulatory manager working with EPA.● Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and work individually to accomplish tasks.● Highly developed written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate effectively within a highly matrixed organization and regulated business environment.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.● Strong problem-solving skills.●Ability to multitask and demonstrate organizational skills.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
