Qualifications:
- Must be or holder
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field
- 2-6 years of previous release and/or project management experience (solid understanding of project management principles preferred)
- Heathcare experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Coordinate and documents software releases
- Identify dependencies and priorities across teams working in different locations
- Keep operational calendar up to date for all releases/activities that are occurring and when they are occurring
- Future plan the release windows and cycles
- Manage issues that affect release scope and schedule and quality
- Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget
- Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes
- Conduct release readiness reviews
- Produce all necessary documentation
- Communicate release details and schedules to management as required
- Continually work towards making improvements in the release process and maintain a release repository and manages key information
