Remodeling carpenter

Looking for a experienced carpenter/builder

Must have own truck or van

Needs to be experienced in all aspects of general residential remodeling construction.

Monday - Friday Full time, w2 position, with opportunity for overtime.

Position does include work comp but not medical.

One week paid vacation first year and two weeks paid vacation after second year of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS

A carpenter must have knowledge of practices, procedures, tools and equipment, material, quality control, and safety. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

proficiency at carpentry skills

able to interact with coworkers and foreman on site

possess an eye for fine detail

ability to work in all sorts of climates, temperatures and conditions

must be reliable and able to work a schedule of 8 hours per day.

physical activity: fine manipulation hand movement, climb ladders, frequent lifting and carrying 25-50lbs, and occasional lifting and carrying 50+lbs.
