Responsibilities
  • Designing, planning, and maintaining of SAN and switching infrastructure in a fast paced, highly available environment.
  • Day to day technical support, proactive monitoring and management, evaluation of new and emerging technologies, and maintaining vendor support relationships
  • Work with infrastructure and application development to analyze system metrics and modify backup parameters for optimization as needed

Requirements
  • Experience with storage and backup technologies (SAN and NAS)
  • Experience handling disaster recovery situations
  • Experience in Linux and Windows operating systems (VMs)

Preferred Additional Skills
  • Bash or PowerShell scripting capabilities
  • Strong understanding of security best practices
