Property Management Company is seeking to fill a Rental Agent position in the Riverside Area!
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, creative and energetic with the ability to bring experience and expertise to the position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Make appointments with customers to show apartments & follow up with leads that come into the office.
- Guide the customers through the Rental Application process.
- Prepare & sign leases with the customers.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings to rent the apartments
- Assist in the preparation of making sure that the vacant apartments are getting ready to rent.
- Post signs at the buildings as needed to get leads.
- Perform all other duties as needed.
Job requirements include but are not limited to:
- Prior Property Management Experience.
- Prior Rental Agent Experience.
- Must possess strong skills in customer service abilities, coupled with proven written and oral
communication skills.
- Bilingual is a plus!
