The Reprographics Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality reprographics, print production, and mail services for our client and internal teams. This includes copying, binding, finishing, document preparation, and managing physical and digital mail. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, with experience using ENGAGE, Adobe Acrobat, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications preferred.Working as part of a small, collaborative team of four, the successful candidate will become a key contributor to the day-to-day operation of the site. Reprographics and mailroom experience is strongly preferred, although training can be provided for candidates who demonstrate strong aptitude and a willingness to learn. While primarily focused on print and mail services, occasional support in hospitality and other workplace services may be required to maintain an excellent client experience.Location: West Loop, Chicago ILShifts: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 6:00pm with a 60-minute break.
