Evaluates nursing activities to ensure patient care, staff relations and efficiency of service.

Responds to departments experiencing emergency situations and assigns staff accordingly during the emergencies.

Assigns duties as needed to staff

Informs department director of problems or potential problems in department in a timely manner.

Requirements: Licensed and registered in the state of Iowa and Illinois (RN)

Must have three (3) years prior staff nurse experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
