We Are HiringSeeking experienced Emergency Room RN to work FT Days in our Level II Trauma Center! We are also a Certified Stroke Center. Bring your expertise to our fast-paced department!7a-7p 3 12 hour shifts per week, with every other weekend and a holiday rotation. This role is eligible for a $10,000.00 sign-on bonus, provided you successfully complete all pre-employment requirements subject to the terms and conditions of the offer. What You Will DoProvide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

Additional PreferencesBSN or currently enrolled in BSN program strongly preferred.
