Crew Van DriverOperate a 12 passenger van to transport flight crews, crew meals and flight kits to and from the aircraft and the airport terminal. Operate a 14 passenger shuttle to and from the remote parking area follow TSA approved security procedures. Other work worked assigned as required. Carry meals ups a/c stairs and open a/c door to deliver meals. Make operational decisions regarding van service and customer need. Must prioritize duties while operating the van. Safety is critical to the job. Use an IPad while performing job safely.Provide safe and timely transportation of flight crews, crew meals, and flight kits to UPS aircraft, the remote parking lot and the airport terminal. Professional environment with safety and service as top priority. Carry crew meal boxes up a/c stairs. Operates and provides responses into the Crew Van Visibility system through an IPAD in the van.Capable of performing multiple tasks. Knowledge of the UPS ramp operation and familiarity with the different aircraft types. Capable of driving 12 passenger van and 14 passenger shuttle. Must have a positive customer service attitude. Team player, Flexible, Safety focus attitude. Professional presence and attitude.Requirements:Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Must be ramp certified and able to maneuver a 12 passenger van and the 14 passenger shuttle.
Must be able to lift and lower 40 lbs. and climb crew stairs and cockpit ladder.
Basic computer skills.
Able to operate an IPad.
