The District Sales Leader - Cardiovascular Ultrasound (Midwest) is responsible for managing the zone and meeting/exceeding monthly quarterly and annual Product and Support sales operating plans. They will be tasked with ensuring the sales reps collaborate to achieve all regional goals/objectives and creating solutions that meet customer requirements.Your role:
Increase market share growth and visibility across the region and increase win rate while leading accurate forecasting with achievement of business-specific financial goals.
Lead team of CV Account Managers, with clear expectation setting, regular communication, accountability, and succession planning while ensuring the team is skilled and knowledgeable.
Uncover the needs of customers in the territory and build a strategy to grow the CV Ultrasound business within your customer base – including individual and multi-system deals.
Establish and benchmark replacement plans and fleet planning for customers in the territory, including establishing large scale partnerships and compliance agreements that include volume, discounting and timelines.
Strong presentation skills that include the ability to craft a storytelling approach and deliver solutions to the customer in a way that helps them understand the impact (clinical, financial, operational).

You have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent education and experience.
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in hospital capital sales. People leadership experience required.
Your skills include leading a team of direct reports, working collaboratively with indirect reports, building customer relationships at all levels of a customer organization, including C-Suites, synthesizing market analyses, competitive landscape and customer feedback into appropriate commercial programs to grow business and financial acumen in building ROI and TCO proformas.

Philips Transparency DetailsTotal Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $254,250 to $291,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.
