- Reports to Director or Revenue Operations and will work closely with them and Salesforce Consulting Partner on systems strategy.
- Work with Sales Directors, Customer Success Manager, and Marketing teams to define strategy, evaluate options for optimizations and updates.
- Role will be responsible for managing Sales, Service, and Pardot operations and enhancements.
- Work with Revenue Insights Manager on developing reports and dashboards.
- Review current flows and make improvements.
- Ensure all system changes are properly documented and users are educated on changes.
- Stay up to date on latest Salesforce releases and new technologies to help support growth and objectives of each user group.
- 2 - 3 years' experience operating in Salesforce Sales Lightning environment.
- 2 - 3 years' experience operating in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- 1 - 2 years' experience operating in Salesforce Pardot.
- Knowledge and use of Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with S-Doc, SharinPix, Reputation Studio, ZoomInfo, and Tableau Viz a plus.
- Knowledge of systems documentation process.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop new ideas and innovative solutions.
- Detail-oriented individual with great communication skills; oral and written.
- Team player willing to lend a helping hand.
- Must showcase a high degree of interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
