- Understanding of key SFDC architecture concepts and how they influence the design
- Vlocity Experience is a must
- Experience building Communities highly preferred
- Ability to create solutions in Vlocity (Salesforce.com) from client concepts and requirements
- Deep functional and technical expertise of Salesforce
- Experience in Designing Design high quality business solutions on the Salesforce.com Vlocity platform.
- Expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong client facing communications skills - written and verbal
- Measure and document business results achieved through the implementation
- Ability to recommend standard Salesforce best practices to clients
- Experience with Agile and program execution methodologies
- Extensive experience with working with different stakeholders
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Vlocity Certification (Vlocity is a Big Plus)
