SAP Data Migration Consultant (Full Time/ Permanent)Duration: Full TimeLocation: Remote with up to 100% travelSalary /K Per Annum + $4k yearly consulting bonus(if the person is senior can go to $155k base)Note : Open to sponsoring foreign nationals: No Selling points for position: new technologies, great projects, job security, lots of growth opportunityInterview Process (in order of occurrence): 1 tech screen, 1 behavior screen, 1 final HR Interview, offer additional interviews could be added for certain circumstances 3 Position Description: Client has an opening for an experienced Data Migration Lead to manage the data migration activities for assigned projects. Support scoping and estimation of data migration projects Leverage clients data migration methodology to execute data migration projects Leverage processes and tools to execute data migration consistently with quality Responsible for the management of the data migration task lists and update the plan with the latest ETC Monitor and report key metrics to the PMO and to the data practice in a periodic manner Ensure execution of data migration tasks in a timely manner and escalate when there is a slippage Ensure issue resolution is done in a proper manner and completed on-time Manage dependencies between the project milestone dates and data migration due dates Bring in experience to advise clients appropriately on tools, data cleansing, data harmonization Support clients in setting up appropriate data governance in place Support building cutover plans The ideal candidate will possess the following: Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in Computer Science or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in leading SAP data migrations Minimum 1 year experience with ABAP especially in developing BAPIs Ability to execute and troubleshoot LSMW and IDOC errors Basic understanding of ABAP/IDOC/BAPI and willing to pick the developing skills faster Deep understanding of SAP S/4 Master data Must meet or exceed clients general consulting competencies of Personal Skills, Results Orientation, Customer Management, Leadership and Corporate Development Proven customer facing skills Excellent communication skills Experience with SAP Data services and Information steward will be a big plus If Interested, please send your up-to-date resume & kindly provide the following info:- Total IT Exp. –SAP Exp. –Data Migration Exp. –ABAP Exp –BAPIs Exp -S4 HANA Exp –IDOC Exp –Data Services Exp -Full Lifecycle Implementation Done – (no. of end to end projects) - Located –Immigration Status-Availability-Salary/K Per Annum
