- 12-15 years of hard-core delivery experience in SAP ECC implementation & AMS projects, managing a team size of 25-30 people in an Onsite-Offshore model.
- The person needs to have hands-on SAP ECC functional experience - either FICO/SD/MMWM and have delivered 2-3 large SAP ERP implementations & AMS engagements for multinational clients.
- Should have strong understanding of CPG domain, excellent client handling & stakeholder management experience.
- Strong team management & Operational experience required
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA, Technical expertise, Program Management is a plus
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
