Business Systems Analyst, Master Data Quality Primary Location US-IL-Northfield Great opportunity to join a wildly successful company! Weseeka talented individual to manage our Master Data Quality Team. Medline is looking for a Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for designing and implementing business solutions to support Master Data and Quality/Regulatory initiatives. The analyst will work closely with other I/S Business analysts to perform functional analysis for designing solutions, evaluating options that include but are not limited to: new program development, configuration of existing systems, business process redesign, new package/system evaluation or a combination of these options. The analyst will work closely with other IS teams as needed on cross-functional Master Data and Quality/Regulatory processes. Key Responsibilities and Competencies:
- Learn cross-functional business processes that support Master Data and Corporate Quality/Regulatory.
- Perform data profiling activities to document impacts to Master data from new processes and vice-versa and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support I/S Master Data Quality Business Analysts with design, development and solution management.
- Work with team members to analyze, recommend, plan, design, develop, and/or implement solutions to meet strategic, usability, performance, reliability, control, and security requirements.
- Conduct functional testing of implemented applications, and provide the initial support of these applications when moved to production.
- A minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related Information Technology field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
- 3+ years of work experience with SAP MM/SD/WM modules
- Familiarity with SAP PI, SAP HANA, Talend and EtQ Reliance applications is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency for gathering and translating business requirements into tangible work products.
- Demonstrated proficiency for working in fast paced work environments in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to self-direct and accomplish objectives as part of larger project teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency for complex problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
