- Experience in SAP Procure to Pay and Planning domain.
- Experience in SAP Material Management and MRP is must.

- Must have an experience to coordinate with offshore team on current status of issues and assignment to available offshore team.
- Experience in Agile way of SAP project execution in bug fixing and enhancements.
- Experience in SAP MM and Finance integration points.
- Experience in SAP MM integration with PLM, Supplier portal, EDI, BAPI, IDOCs, BDC, Report building.
- Experience SAP requirement Functional Specs, Technical Specs, Unit Testing, UAT Test case preparation, Cutover planning and Post Go Live activities execution.
- Customer facing role coordinating with business users and IT users in Procure to Pay and Planning domain.
- Monitor SAP Procure to Pay system related production activities.
- Work for resolution of production issues of SAP MM and Planning related SAP process. Any production issue found to be critical, then debug with available Technical resource and resolve within SLA timeline. If unable to resolve during USA work hours then pass the issue information with details of work done to the offshore team so that it can be checked during offshore work hours and resolved on priority.

- Work on the assigned stories like production Bug and System Enhancement.
- Receive business requirements during their US work hours, prepare FSD (if development is required) , do configuration changes wherever required, perform testing and proceed to next stage.
- Plan and Coordinate UAT with business users for user stories developed by Offshore team during US working hours. Prepare and demonstrate System solution for the defined User Stories.
- Raise SAP OSS for critical SAP system issue and monitor or its closure.
- Attend Weekly Rivian P2P call on Tuesday and Thursday.
- Support to business users if any query raised through “Slack” channel / Mail etc.
- Active participation in daily stand-up call with business for prioritizing tasks to functional & technical in delivering business requirements on time.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in management is desirable.
- SAP certification in Material Management, Planning, S/4Hana is desirable.
- Effective Problem-solving approach.
- Good Communication (Verbal and Written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate issues effectively.
