SAP Test Lead (Testing of SAP OTC & SAP Financial modules)

Location: Riverwoods, Illinois (Onsite) Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in testing of SAP OTC (Order to Cash) and SAP Financial modules
• Experience on leading teams and performing test management activities

• 10 years of experience in testing of SAP OTC (Order to Cash) and SAP Financial modules
• Experience on leading teams and performing test management activities
• Sound knowledge of SAP Functional Testing, SAP Testing Technologies, Designing Test Scenarios and Test Cases
• Proficient in preparing Test Summary Report, Defect Tracking and Closure
• Good knowledge of testing processes like Test Plan, Test Strategy and Estimations
• Good knowledge on SDLC and STLC and processes involved in Application Development and Maintenance
• Ability to work in Individual Contributor role - Independently manage testing activities without supervision, coordination with cross-functional teams and with the business, well versed with Daily or Weekly Status Reporting, Defect Triaging
• Proficient in Stakeholder Management (Customer and Business)
• The person should be very dynamic and good learning curve
• Good Communication Skills, positive attitude, attention to detail, strong work ethic
• Good problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills
• Flexible to work for extended hours or over weekends as and when needed
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
