Position Requirements:
- Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Business experience in a service center environment (Operations and/or Operations Management)
- Extensive onsite travel away from office (75 - 85%)
- Excellent knowledge of and hands-on skills in the SAP SD module skillset a plus.
- Enthusiasm and can do attitude.
- Previous experience as a trainer; specific SAP training experience highly preferred
- Experience leading change management efforts without direct authority over the participants.
- Detail orientation, analytical aptitude and execution skills.
- Solid knowledge of Operations business processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and team building skills.
- Creative problem solving skills.
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft office suite and learn other tools as needed.
- Previous involvement in large IT systems projects a plus
