- Responsible for organizing coaching and assisting with implementation of development process
- Experience with developing Agile processes in a growing team environment
- Be familiar with software development and understand how your specific role contributes to designing and delivering a solid robust application
- Understand Agile methodology and be comfortable teaching and coaching best practices
- Create and facilitate Backlog Retrospective Planning meetings etc
- Create Project Status Reports Metrics and Steering Committee presentations
- Implement maintain and improve Agile processes for existing and upcoming teams
- Maintain documentation and metrics on current project status and scope
- Assist the Development team and Product Owner with providing estimates and reports to key stakeholders
- Communicate clearly both in person and through written mediums Nice to
- Have Knowledge with Jira Confluence MS Teams Knowledge of Java or SQL is a bonus but not required SAFe experienced certified
