Description We are searching for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. The successful candidate will have a broad range of responsibilities, including overseeing multiple divisions, implementing cybersecurity frameworks, managing risk and compliance, and driving accelerated remediation efforts. Responsibilities: Oversee security operations across multiple divisions, ensuring that all systems, data, and networks are protected. Implement and manage cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF and CIS Critical Controls. Conduct risk and compliance assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing strategies to mitigate risk. Manage security in various environments, including Microsoft Azure, hosted, and on-premise environments. Ensure compliance with PCI DSS standards, and apply knowledge of privacy regulations as necessary. Leverage eCommerce business experience to secure online platforms and transactions. Prioritize and drive accelerated remediation efforts to support business goals. Utilize experience with CrowdStrike products to enhance security measures. Apply deep vulnerability management experience to identify and address potential threats. Utilize skills in Access Control, Cisco Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Firewall Technologies, Active Directory, Authentication, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, SIEM Tools, PCI, PCI Compliance, Intrusion Detect - Penetration Testing, Application Penetration Testing, and Penetration Testing to perform job functions. Requirements Proven experience as a Security Manager or in a similar role Knowledge of security protocols and procedures Proficient understanding of Access Control principles Familiarity with Cisco Technologies Experience with Database management Understanding of EO/IR systems Proficiency in Firewall Technologies Working knowledge of Active Directory Experience with Authentication processes Familiarity with Computer Hardware Proficiency in Configuration Management Experience with SIEM Tools Knowledge of PCI and PCI Compliance Skills in Intrusion Detection and Penetration Testing Experience with Application Penetration Testing Proficient in conducting Penetration Tests Excellent problem-solving skills Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant certification in Security Management is a plus.
