Skills: adept with hand tools such as hammer, prybars, screws drivers, pliers Adept use of power tools such as circular saw, sawzall, oscillating tool, drill, driver Experience in 1 or more of carpentry, flooring installation (laminate vinyl plank, hardwood, or tile), drywall, and/or painting Physical abilities to lift and maneuver 50+lbs, able to fit and maneuver in tight spaces like crawlspaces and attics.
