The primary focus of this position is the support of the maintenance of the HRIS in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team.  This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities  System Maintenance and Support Ensure data integrity in all HR systems and maintain organization structureAssist in review, testing and implementation or HRIS upgrades. Identify areas of impact and educate the impacted HR team on enhancements and document changes and resultsWork closely with business and HR teams to understand new or updated processes and maintain system workflowsResearch, identify and resolve HRIS data issues and process flawsMaintain vendor contact and communication  Projects/Process ImprovementCollaborates with and consults with internal clients to ascertain system needs and requirementsBuild project plans and schedulesResearches best practices and trends in HRIS and recommends process and service improvementsCreates and maintain job aids and HR systems procedure documentation   Reports/Queries/AnalysisCreate, maintain and support a variety of reports or queriesDevelop reports for ongoing customer needsAnalyze and compare data from different sources to draw conclusions  Training and Change ManagementCreates presentations, user guides and documentation for new HR system enhancementsDevelop and conduct training to end users on HR systemPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards
