Senior Business AnalystLocation: Glenview, ILType: Full time/permContact: Ashley at Note: Must be local to the Chicagoland area. This role doesn’t provide sponsorship or transfer of visa. Organization is currently 3 days a week onsite, 2 days remote.Duties: This individual will identify opportunities for process and data improvement, integrity and quality, while providing excellent services to all customers. This individual will also mentor, coach and develop staff, foster team participation, provide team leadership, and seek continuous improvements.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years’ experience requirements-elicitation and facilitation skills as a business analyst
- Ability to work on one larger project with multiple parts
- Projects mostly Waterfall methodology, a little agile
- Ability to write and execute test cases with QA team
- Prior experience working for medium sized organizations a large plus
