Company DescriptionJob DescriptionAs the Senior Director of Program Management in our Strategic Program Office, you will play a pivotal role in our global shared service team. You will work closely with our Executive Leadership Team to design, develop, and implement a variety of cross-functional strategic programs focused on a post-merger integration. These programs are aimed at enhancing performance, improving productivity, standardizing processes, and building sustained capability across our organization.Your work will span across strategic initiatives for different business units and corporate functions, operational excellence initiatives with cross-functional teams, financial modeling and scenario analysis, pricing model development, business due diligence, and setting up strategic alliances and partnerships to boost market growth.Key Responsibilities:As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for identifying and driving strategic initiatives in the form of programs, leading one or many programs at a time, and mentoring others in the global team. Your specific responsibilities will include:Project Planning:

Developing comprehensive implementation plans, including project scope, goals, and timelines.

Aligning the project plan with the organization's accounting and billing needs to achieve near and long-term objectives.

Leading a cross-functional project team and providing clear guidance, support, and direction throughout the implementation process.

Maintaining centralized project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and system configurations.

Identifying, managing, resolving, and/or escalating issues/risks at the program level.

Providing regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborating with various departments and key stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.

Establishing clear lines of communication, meeting cadence, and ensuring ownership from all relevant parties.

Technical Aspects:

Collaborating closely with technical experts to configure and integrate the delivery and accounting and billing systems.

Monitoring the performance and effectiveness of the systems as changes are implemented.

Gathering feedback from users and stakeholders for continuous improvement.
