Serve as the single point of accountability for Data Democratization to non-technical users. Partnering with Product Managers, Data & Analytics Solution Architects, and the broader IT & D&A teams to drive scalable data solutions for Decision and Action by our business partners. Depth of competency and data capability knowledgeable in Data Architecture, Ingestion, curation, governance, analytical data hierarchies, Data quality and data commercialization Client service mindset – achieving high quality standards through self and team deliverables. Partner as required with IT Commercial services team to collaborate on Analytics needs and solutions. Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure infrastructure designs and approaches are aligned to data capabilities required. Support and deliver capability that is aligned to and enforces Data governance. Lead implementation of various supporting Azure Microsoft data capabilities, Databricks and other data cataloging, and Analytics applications to support the overall Analytics Strategy program. Upskill existing talent & staff the gap areas for the DnA Operating Model Drive Enterprise data management principles and analytics standardization across rules, quality, processes, and onboard necessary tools. Enforce rules and encourage & influence best practices within the team and across the organization as needed. Create Data-centric approach to support business questions, decisions and actions – that support cross functional needs with scalable, efficient cost solutions. Manage the Data and Analytics subteam of professionals and their career planning/development, including data curation, BI, data cubes, Data science commercialization in partnership with data ingestion, data architects, data analysts, visualization, data engineering & data science professionals. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and other legal requirements related to data management. Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in data and analytics delivery and inform recommendations for the adoption of new capabilities, tools and platforms. Partner with cross-functional teams within IT and across the business functions to identify critical analytics needs and their corresponding data democratization needs. Collaborate with business & IT leaders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to develop data-driven insights that drive business actions and outcomes. Partner with and manage external vendors or consultants as an extension of IT to ensure successful data systems implementation and integration with existing environment. Partner with PMO leads to continuously manage team delivery to project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality and high adoption data products. Build high trust relationships with our business partners. Build repeatable processes around data management and execution, data products and data science commercialization.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDirect Reports

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the jobEducation Level:Bachelor’s or relevant experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related fieldField of Study/Area of Experience:

Proven experience (10+ years) leading Data analytics projects and teams.

10+ years of analytics/data science/ai & data management/analysis experience, including extensive knowledge of database schemas, data dictionaries, field mappings, data sensitivity, data security, data flows, process analysis, etc.

10+ years of experience in multiple areas of BI and Analytics

Implementation experience with Data Governance, Data catalog, Analytics, Semantic Layer, etc. tools – especially in the Microsoft & Databricks offering space.

Strong knowledge of all required capabilities to execute a Data and Analytics strategy in an emerging space of maturity for an enterprise

Create RFPs, review responses and finalize vendors as an extension of IT team working with strategic sourcing

Strong understanding of Enterprise data management, business processes, including finance, order management and procurement.

CPG/ Retail experience is a plus

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage projects, and deliver results.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment. Build Strong working Executive relationships. Strong written communication and verbal communication skills at Executive and team levels. Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within/ across teams.
