This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and managing versatile cross-stack infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Emphasis will be placed on automation, resilient design principles, and efficient deployment strategies. Qualifications:

Self Starter who can see the big picture and prioritize their work to make the largest impact on the business and customers vision and requirements

7+ years' as full stack developer with lead developer experience

hands-on extensive experience in Systems Administration or Systems Engineering, demonstrating a strong grasp of engineering standards and best practices.

Ability to identify a vision along with the plans, which need to be implemented to meet the end goal, evaluating situations, decisions, and risk in short term and long term.

Proficiency in effectively communicating complex issues and solutions across all organizational levels.

Proven expertise in utilizing containerization and software-defined infrastructure to drive operational efficiency.

Experience with software development tools and a deep understanding of continuous delivery and integration technologies. Proficiency with tools like Jenkins, Git-based repositories, UrbanCode, or Nexus is preferred.

Strong background in Linux server administration with familiarity in Windows Servers.

Proficiency in Java/springboot or .Net is highly desirable.

Experience with scrum/agile development methodologies

Experience in Reporting and Analytics will be a Plus

Experience in test-driven development and automated test frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

Implement robust Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Python, Chef, Cloud Deployment Manager, Puppet, or Ansible.

Apply automation, system tools, open-source solutions, and a 'security-first' approach in daily operational activities.

Establish efficient monitoring and automation procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code

Will be responsible for end-to-end application delivery including production deployment, application operationalization, and observability

Develop applications/web services and cloud native apps using Angular JS, Node JS, Azure, REST API and other tech stacks (Open source and proprietary)

Drive automation and optimization efforts to elevate infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with engineering teams to conceptualize and implement innovative infrastructure solutions tailored for the Contact Center and Telephony Team.

Engage with diverse systems, processes, and technologies to troubleshoot and solve problems comprehensively.

Maintain and uphold high engineering standards, ensuring consistency across various codebases and processes encountered.

Foster collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, including experts in product development, design, infrastructure, and operations.

Demonstrate familiarity with API design, integration strategies, and deployment methodologies.

Stay informed and updated on the latest advancements in infrastructure technologies to drive continuous improvements.

Provide technical guidance to other software developers in software design and development activities

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
