Sr. Full Stack Developer Position :

Direct hire ( 140 to 160 K plus 15-20% bonus + Stock options + unlimited vacation )

100% Remote
Client is a Chicago based institutional fixed income broker/dealer and investment advisory firm, specializing in highly analytical, performance driven strategies.
The applications / portal follow a microservice architecture so familiarity with API Gateways, specifically Ocelot; Docker containers; and Kubernetes orchestration is a huge plus.
Additionally Front end engineering experience with Angular or React is a must in addition to strong C# (read c sharp)

Job requirements:The Senior Full Stack Developer will bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a computer science or other quantitative fields
5+ years developing user interfaces ( UI )
5+ years developing in the C# ( Microsoft SQL stack);
Expert in HTML ( javascript / CSS).
Expert in one of the following javascript frameworks ( Angular / React ).
Experience with microservice architecture , familiarity with Gateways, specifically Ocelot is a plus;
Experience with Docker containers; and Kubernetes orchestration is a plus .
Structured problem solving skills; significant experience using systematic and fact-based processes to determine root cause and improve operations and support for mission critical services
Oriented toward optimization and efficiency in process
Experience working within governing controls such as Change Management, Incident Management and Continuity Management
