The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the development and execution of visual creative concepts and production design. This is a critical role within our in-house creative team that will create the visual artwork that communicates ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers, influencers and professionals. This position will have one Graphic Designer reporting into and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the work of the incumbent in this role.Job Description Responsibilities Partner with team members from Product, Channel, Sales and external agencies to translate marketing needs into unique, brand-driven, consumer/customer-focused designs within budget.Deliver high quality creative content while maintaining consistently high standards throughout the production process. Balance multiple projects with tight deadlines to ensure work is delivered on time.Design and develop creative materials from concept to production on a wide variety of projects that may include: POP, signage, product launch support, packaging, labels, marketing materials and more.Facilitate reviews both internally and externally while providing consistent updates and meeting varied deadlines.Consult with internal clients (i.e. Marketing Services, Channel, Product) to create cohesive designs that reflect our goals and standards at our retailers and with our customers and influencers.Offer thought leadership to solve business needs through smart design solutions. Reach design solutions quickly and efficiently, sometimes with multiple voices and stakeholders.Work with team members on strategies and designs to reach a particular audience. Lead overall layout and production design for project-related production work utilizing knowledge of printing specs and materials. Work with third party printers/vendors to execute. Combine art and technology, using a variety of design elements, to communicate brand and product detail through images and the layout of materials whether hard-copy or digital.  Manage the design workflow process to traffic design jobs efficiently through the department, working closely with the Senior Manager, Marketing Services.Organize complex and disparate source materials into simpler, integrated, impactful visual design.Stay abreast of and analyze trends in design; share across the creative services team as an in-house graphic design expert. Proactively create style guides driving the evolution and improvement of Moen’s creative design process.Interpret feedback and solve to that appropriately; proactively manage the feedback loop.Maintain organization of art files utilizing Moen’s Digital Asset Management system. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
