This client offers payment processing solutions for all different types of merchants. They are looking for a Senior Help Desk Specialist that can help lead the Help Desk team and the migration of help desk support items. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing incoming support requests, work with business leader's to coordinate working sessions, and document processes to enhance the overall quality of service and prevent future issues. Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Tech Support
  • Experience supporting Windows products
  • Experience supporting Mac products
  • Experience using active directory
  • Experience supporting Office 365 migrations
  • Experience with VMware
  • Strong understanding of network concepts and protocols

  • Experience with Azure
  • Experience with Intune
  • Experience with Powershell
