- Complete post-mortem analysis on key events analyzing forecast accuracy in relationship to residual inventory implications
- Establish a leadership role amongst the team

- Provide analytics/insights to support business decisions
- Establish and Maintain Vendor Relationships
- Complete on-going training and development courses supported by the HR Training Team or the Merchandise Operations Training Team.
- On-boarding of new hires & counterparts
- Minimum 2-4 years working in retail or related environment. Forecast and Replenishment system experience required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and with a cross functional team
- Active participant in a cross functional or departmental project, demonstrating engagement & leadership skills
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong listening skills
- Critical thinker, able to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders and influence with data
- Ability to make sound, informed decisions particularly under time pressure and in ad hoc situations.
- Demonstrate strong influential & negotiation skills
- Overtime and weekends as needed.
