Asset Based Lending is a flexible and cost-effective borrowing solution that provides clients with asset-rich balance sheets specialized loan product offerings.As the Loan Servicing Manager / Executive Director in our Asset Based Lending Operations team, you will be leading a team of 50+ resources across the globe in driving operational excellence and delivering the highest quality service to clients and internal partners.Specifically, the loan servicing manager is responsible for managing the timely and accurate processing of client loan advances, cash receipts, billing of interest and fees, rate resets and related quality control and reporting for the asset based loan product.Job Responsibilities:

Manage the on-going delivery of all loan servicing activities for asset based lending clients, with a focus on operational process efficiency, quality and risk management

Lead a global team, including recruiting, people development and driving a diverse and inclusive culture focused on customer experience, high employee satisfaction and retention

Promote a culture of continuous improvement with discipline around end-to-end workflow/process skills; participate in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures enhancements

Partnering with technology and transformation heads to re-imagine workflow, tools and reporting mechanisms in a dynamic manner while ensuring execution of efficiency initiatives

Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal partners and stakeholders as required

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

10+ years financial services experience at a top tier investment/commercial bank

Significant experience with complex lending products / operations

Outstanding leadership qualities, including experience developing high-performance global teams through continuous training and dynamic coaching

Aptitude to ensure timely group delivery and execution of all daily controls/adherence to KPI targets

Results driven; ability to lead/drive execution; methodical approach to identifying and solving issues

Demonstrated success at transforming and /or building new operations

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Asset based lending experience desired; with a bility to understand terms and structures typical within asset based lending credit agreements

BA/BS degree
