The Sr Security Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions is responsible for executing CTO/CISO M&A due diligence and leading CTO/CISO integration planning, coordination, and reporting while partnering across multiple security, business, and technology cross-functional teams.

How you will contribute
  • Execute Cybersecurity/Technology M&A due diligence activities partnering with business and technology deal teams to identify and communicate cyber risk to Mondelz.
  • Lead the delivery of CTO/CISO integration activities to deploy CTO/CISO tools and capabilities at new M&As; collaborate with cross functional teams and senior stakeholders in security, technology, and business functions to ensure timely completion of integration activities.
  • Lead divestiture projects.
  • Build and maintain CTO/CISO deal models and forecasts to enable decision making by leadership.
  • Design, build, and communicate metrics and reporting to leadership.
  • Design and implement continuous improvement opportunities to reduce cyber risk and implement efficiencies by applying the latest industry best practices.

What you need to know about this position:

The incumbent must be able to lead multiple projects, collaborate across functions and engage with other technical teams outside of the TCO and CSO organizations. The incumbent should also demonstrate their ability to be a team player and work within a team structure to achieve the team's objective.

Education / Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • CISSP preferred

Job specific requirements:
  • 10+ or more years of experience in cybersecurity/technology M&A integration, cybersecurity project management, security risk assessment, or audit.
  • Strong experience in one or more information security (NIST CSF) and privacy domains.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, analytical, time management, organizational, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and making decisions with sub-optimal/incomplete information.
  • Ability to analyze and challenge current working methods to create improvements in processes and result.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently within a geographically dispersed team.

Travel requirements:
  • 10-20%
