We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesClient/Customer Leadership and Management Engage and collaborate with assigned clients/customers to understand and prioritize strategies and objectives while recommending business solutions to meet their needs Foster and grow relationships across all levels of key internal and external stakeholders to deliver enhanced strategic value while leveraging the enterprise capabilities Utilization of space analytics to create retailer selling stories to achieve client’s objectivesAssociate Development Manage and mentor a group of Space & Assortment Managers, Schematic Analysts and Space Planning Associates by communicating company and department strategies/goals while aligning their efforts to achieve those goals Demonstrate hands-on approach to learning and development of associates, identifying training needs for current and future roles while mentoring and guiding associates in their on-going professional development Responsible for establishing a quality standard of support to meet the needs of our clients and customers along with a process to assess each associate’s capabilities and to lead the development of supporting training curriculum Create an engaging environment whereby associates feel motivated and inspired to embrace constant self- improvement while demonstrating proactiveness, creativity and team workOperational Excellence Experience in Process Management to understand the tactical support needed to any retailer’s Space Management process to ensure quality and consistency throughout the engagement Experience in Project Management to understand the complexity and strategy for any given category across multiple customers or clients Experience in Timeline Management with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects while ensuring on time delivery of high-quality shelving solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must to translate client objectives into retailer strategies to win at the shelfSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirect Reports

Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

Indirect Reports

3-5 years of experience in Category Management role within the CPG industry
