Job Description

  • Lead initiatives related to the launch of new centers and/or expansion of existing space.
  • Responsible for creation, implementation, and standardization of all operations processes companywide.
  • Identify, revise, and update existing processes to deliver increased efficiencies or productivity measurements
  • Procurement of all BYS purchases across locations for operational supplies, therapy materials, and electronics.
  • Creation and maintenance of vendor relationships to ensure BYS can reduce cost when purchasing in higher quantities.
  • Monitoring and tracking budget expense for operations and therapy materials.
  • The Senior Manager-Standardization and Implementation will serve as a back up to all Managers-Operations as needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring center standardization across all BYS locations by communication of operations team on center appearance, communication, and furnishing standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three (3) years of Supervisory experience required.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel frequently (valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance).
  • High interest in working with children on the autism spectrum Flexibility and dependability with schedule.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with changing priorities and deadlines, from remote location(s).
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, execute on deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables with attention to details.
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal, written communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Standardization and maintenance of processes and implementation materials among all BYS locations for Operations Positions.
  • Coordination of vendors, communication and quotes, for all center maintenance tickets opened by Office Coordinators.
  • Support and assist with new center development and procurement of all new locations.
