GENERAL ACCOUNTABILTIES: The Senior Microsoft 365 Architect position works with customers, management, and peers to design, configure and support Entra ID, hybrid Exchange, Exchange Online, Office 365, OneDrive for Business, Sharepoint, Microsoft’s Intune, Windows Server, Windows SQL Server, Active Directory, Teams, and communications services. Support includes specifications; installation, configuration, and testing of services; establishing guidelines and standards; support of existing infrastructure and users, project support as directed, and other technical support functions. Training, mentorship, and other growth opportunities are a regular part of this role. Security first mindset. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
20+ years of experience in IT Operations
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other technology discipline preferred
Excellent Microsoft 365/Exchange troubleshooting skills
