• Create detailed OpenShift design and implementation specifications for complex products, applications, or solutions; build a mini application based on customer's requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping or product demo for client
• Demonstrate excellence in delivering results in promoting technology adoption of practical Kubernetes or OpenShift packaging tools like Helm charts
• Identify, deliver, and lead customer events to increase visibility, demand, and to assist customers in getting workloads onto Red hat OpenShift Container Platform
• Provide updates on new Red Hat OpenShift capabilities, roadmaps, and best practices
• Coordinate technical efforts of the development teams, including OCP containerization, support, and professional services specialists

• 5+ years of experience working with Enterprise-level container-based systems (OpenShift, Docker, CRI-O, Kubernetes, etc.) including associated on-prem infrastructure
• 5+ years supporting OpenShift Platform systems (OCP, OCS, HAProxy, etc.)
• Experience designing Microservice and Cloud-native platform infrastructure in a CI/CD automated, multi-tenant application environment with multiple stakeholders and use cases Experience supporting a Linux (RHEL or similar) environment; Experience using various CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, or similar)
• Experience using process automation tools and techniques (Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, etc.)
• Experience with common scripting languages (bash, python, JavaScript, Perl, Ruby, etc.)
