Senior SAP Analyst for a Direct Hire Opportunity!The Senior SAP Analyst will start out working on an S4 US implementation project. You will work with operations on the simplification of Manufacturing and Product Development business processes, the implementation of best practices, and the coordination of all Global S4 Manufacturing and Product Lifecycle system design.You will help configure the Manufacturing and Product Development process of the S4 Global Program. The Senior Analyst will analyze, configure, and ensure that we are building a best practice solution. Along with a team, you will analyze, simplify, test and manage implementations of new processes and software solutions/applications to support our business requirements established within the scope of the S4 HANA Project.What Will You Be Doing?
  • Ensure alignment of the team across all functions and the user community with Manufacturing's vision of SAP "Best Practice" while assessing the business individual needs, meeting commitments and building internal and external partnerships.
  • Provide Manufacturing & Operations leadership and help determine the direction and setting of manufacturing transformation priorities, including the implementation of new processes and adjustments to existing processes. Alignment and direction to be sought from process owners and experts.
  • Lead work sessions using a variety of requirements gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, and business models with executives, managers, developers and experts.
  • Help ensure requirements are aligned to project scope, objectives and strategies.
  • Focus on process analysis and re-engineering, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future best practice business environment.
  • Build working knowledge of all processes and applications within the scope of their business areas.
What Will You Need to Be Successful in This Role?
  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Experience in projects at medium to large manufacturing companies.
  • In-depth understanding and configuration skills in the SAP system including PLM/PP/QM/PM, Master Data Management (Materials, Routings, BOMs), MRP, and Long-term Planning along with integration points of all modules and related business processes.
  • Prior participation in systems implementation projects!
  • Think "process" and "best practice" and an understanding of end-to-end processes like "plan to produce"
  • Project Management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • On-call availability for project go-live and off-shift support
  • Flexible schedule to align with other program resources
  • Flexible to travel (domestic and international).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
