- As a Senior Solution Architect for Dealer Solutions and Order Management Architecture located in Chicago, Illinois, you will….
- Architect solutions that will enable dealers to run their daily operations as efficiently as possible, including capabilities in finance, operations, sales, and service.
- Work with advanced technologies, most often in the Microsoft Cloud and with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Partner closely with product management and engineering, maintaining a deep understanding of the organization's vision, intent, and roadmap.
- Be responsible for creating architectural designs, organizational understanding, and architectural work products, utilizing innovative industry trends to improve technical offerings.
- Act as a technology leader, providing technical assistance, guidance, and guardrails for all technologies across multiple product teams.
- 4-7+ years of experience working in Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Azure, and/or similar software environments
- 8-10+ years of experience working with applications, data, infrastructure, and/or IT security.
- 8-10+ years of experience in Information technology
- 4-7+ years of experience with Agile and/or DevSecOps delivery practices
- Business process knowledge, particularly in sales, order fulfillment, finance, and/or service.
- Experience with dealers is also desirable.
- Verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on persuasive communication, tact, and negotiation.
- Microsoft Dynamics configuration or development experience; familiarity with Common Data Service/Data verse.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure integration and data-related services, such as API Management, Functions, Key Vaults, Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and the broader Microsoft product portfolio.
- Experience with DevSecOps in the Microsoft environment.
- Software design and development experience, particularly in cloud-native environments.
- Experience with modelling languages (such as UML or FMC), technical writing, decision analysis techniques, or exposure to Enterprise Architecture practices.
