Senior Strategist, Social Marketing & Strategy

We are looking for a Senior Strategist, Social Marketing & Strategy to join our team. Reporting to the Associate Director, Social Marketing & Strategy, you will be the keeper of the social strategy and owner of driving the creation of inspiring work that meet our clients' goals.You will be tapped into the pulse of culture and quickly able to identify opportunities for our clients to engage. You will advocate for the right set of actions on social platforms to implement the strategy. Key AccountabilitiesYou are a collaborator who combines creative content ideas with smart social media strategies to achieve our goalsYou can manage other team members, and lead internal and client meetingsYou will deliver ongoing thought leadership to our teams and clients by identifying problems and finding solutionsYou will deliver briefs full of insights, inspiration and updates based on creative feedback and help translate that work into social creativeYou understand our client's industry and category, and have a POV after auditing industry examples and trends, such as memes, formats, cultural insightsYou will partner with the creative team to push creativity and make sure it aligns with the strategyYou will build knowledge on the macro/micro forces that influence our client's businessYou know how to find the insight and when to implement it
