Senior with heart problems looking for P/T help

Due to a deteriorating condition, I'm looking for a reliable and responsible woman for 2 or 3 times a week for the following:

Dusting and vacuuming the home.

Laundry (one basket) once a week.

Push 2 garbage containers to the curb for collection.

Prepare meals for 5 days a week. Lunch and supper, and dishes.

Clean 1 1/2 bathrooms.

The above items are a general list of duties. This position is P/T and 3 hours each day. Generally 9 am-noon.(flexible) I'm alone
