Service Technician

r:home is a full-service integrator designing and installing custom home automation experiences.

We are seeking full-time service technicians who align with our purpose-driven, customer-focused culture - passion for service is a must.

This position will primarily involve troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining home automation systems, audio/video equipment, lighting control solutions, CCTV systems, and home networks.

Required Skills:

Previous experience in service, troubleshooting, or installations required.

Comfortable using diagnostic and hand tools.

Proficient with computers and technology.

Enjoys problem-solving and working with customers.

Daily Tasks:

Troubleshooting and servicing installed home technology.

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in home automation systems.

Providing excellent customer service and clear communication.
