Shipping Coordinator

A leading distributor of factory automation components is looking for Shipping Coordinator.

Handle LTL shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries, preparing shipping documents, ensuring proper freight classification, and overseeing handling procedures to minimize damage and ensure timely transit.

Handle expedited requests, prepare / arrange heavy freight Bill of Lading and arrange transportation of small freight.

Operate the Pack Line scanning system for all packages.

Coordinate both domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Assist with packing orders, including expedited shipments as required.

Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.

3 years+ of experience of warehouse is preferred.

Receiving, packing, shipping experience is preferred.

Computer skills- Intermediate to advanced.

Ability to lift heavy objects, and work in a warehouse environment.

Detail oriented.
