- Ability to work a schedule of variable and long hours, including overnight shifts and ALL holidays

- Reliable means of communication (cell phone preferred)

- Reliable means of transportation

- Willingness to work outdoors in the elements (rain, snow, wind, cold)

- Must be hardworking and responsible

- Plow drivers require a minimum 2 years experience and a valid driver's license
