Location: Bensenville, IL (remote) Schedule: Candidate must be available to work 8:00AM-5:00PM Compensation: Set at $65K annually Expense Reimbursement: $100 per month for personal equipment usage $300 Sign-on Bonus After Completion of the 90-day Probationary PeriodJob Summary:We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Manager to oversee our social media accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating original text, image, and video content, managing posts, and engaging with our audience. The goal is to maintain a strong online presence and ensure high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. Content Creation & Management:

Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).

Develop a content calendar and ensure content is published according to schedule.

Oversee the design of social media accounts (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout).

Strategy & Analysis:

Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.

Set specific objectives and report on ROI.

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness (e.g., promotions, competitions).

Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.

Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.

Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

Send weekly reports to your manager detailing progress and plans.

Account Management:

Develop and manage multiple social media accounts.

Create and maintain a steady stream of 20-30 pieces of content per month across multiple platforms.

Technical Skills: Proficient in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.

Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Hands-on experience in content management.

Excellent copywriting skills.

Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).

Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.

Knowledge of online marketing channels.

Familiarity with web design.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

This job operates in a remote position.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. The days of work are Monday through Friday with work hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
