Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Software Engineer in Addison, Illinois. The selected candidate will be involved in several projects, focusing on backend development, bug tracking, and API development in the technology industry. Responsibilities: Develop a Single Sign-On (SSO) module for C# and Blazor for a web application. Perform an upgrade to .net 8 for our portals along with a Telerik grid control upgrade. Develop a workback schedule module that takes inputs. Apply your experience in C#, Blazor, and SSO (AD and Local Authentication) in the project development. Leverage your skills in Razor pages and Xamarin on various tasks. Utilize your knowledge in SQL Server Skills, GIT Experience, and API. Engage in backend development tasks, ensuring the efficient processing of customer applications. Maintain accurate customer credit records, demonstrating your detail-oriented skillset. Resolve customer inquiries, applying your knowledge of API - Application Programming Interface. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action, showing your proficiency in Agile Scrum. Requirements Proficiency in Backend Development is required Familiarity with Bug Tracking tools and techniques Demonstrable expertise in C programming language Experience with AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies Proficiency in API Development and understanding of API - Application Programming Interface Familiarity with Blazor, Microsoft SQL, Razor, Xamarin, and Single Sign-On Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred Experience in a professional software development role is preferred.
