The Salesforce Solution Architect is a Manufacturing expert with Salesforce experience, a highly skilled problem solver, and has experience in the US Manufacturing industry. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Solve manufacturing customer problems by designing advanced and integrated solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Provide Thought Leadership to manufacturing clients
  • Brainstorm innovative solutions and develop clear deliverables in organized SOWs
  • Develop, implement and support complex solutions for manufacturing clients within Salesforce
  • Meet with multiple clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements
  • Participate in and/or lead efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation
  • Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, estimating and project planning)
  • Very minimal travel within the United States

Role & Responsibilities

  • 7+ years working directly for or supporting US Midwest Manufacturing clients in Mid Market and above
  • 3+ years of direct experience developing solutions for Salesforce projects in a consulting capacity
  • Extremely professional and has a customer-oriented nature
  • Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without limitation
