- Solve manufacturing customer problems by designing advanced and integrated solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Provide Thought Leadership to manufacturing clients
- Brainstorm innovative solutions and develop clear deliverables in organized SOWs
- Develop, implement and support complex solutions for manufacturing clients within Salesforce
- Meet with multiple clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements
- Participate in and/or lead efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation
- Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, estimating and project planning)
- Very minimal travel within the United States
- 7+ years working directly for or supporting US Midwest Manufacturing clients in Mid Market and above
- 3+ years of direct experience developing solutions for Salesforce projects in a consulting capacity
- Extremely professional and has a customer-oriented nature
- Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without limitation
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 1 Salesforce Architect Certification
