The focus of the Industry Solutions Business Applications Specialist (Biz Apps SSSP) role in Financial Services is to lead , own and close Business Applications Consulting opportunities, develop and win market-making opportunities across Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets that enable transformational customer outcomes and accelerate cloud growth in Microsoft’s most strategic enterprise customers.BizApps SSSP is a senior leader that will help translate business drivers to solutions that deliver outcome to our customers.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Individuals in the Industry Solutions Biz Apps SSSP role will have the following responsibilities:Sales Execution - Drives intentional customerbusinessconversations with CXO level customer stakeholders and develops transformational Consulting propositions with customers.

Scaling & Collaboration - Collaborates withcolleaguesin FSI business unit, Account Team Unit (ATU),Specialist Team Unit (STU)andCustomer Success Unit (CSU),onsalesmotions which are critical to Biz Apps sales pursuits, contributing to Consulting team’s input to account planning, including partner strategy, where appropriate.

Technical Expertise -Applydeepplatform expertiseand competitive product knowledge,andleverageBiz Apps Go-To-Market (GTM) assets & motions to drive transformational customer conversations, communicating Consulting value propositionaligned to customers’ prioritiesas an integral part of Microsoft Industry Solutions.

Sales Excellence - Drives the sales cycle from lead qualification through to deal closure, effectively executing per Microsoft selling processes and methods to drive deal velocity and successfully close deals.

QualificationsKey Capabilities: Individuals in the Industry Solutions Biz Apps SSSP role should be able to demonstrate the following capabilities:Sales Execution - ArticulateIndustry Solutionsvalue propositions aligned to customer priorities. Skilled in leveraging sales methods such as Business Value Assessments & 3-Horizon modelling as well asothersales techniques,for creatinga visionand urgencyforcustomer change, differentiating value & intentionally leveraging required sales motions & IP.

Consultative Sales – Experience insellingand deliveringlarge scale ConsultingSolutions.Experience inleadingDiscovery sessions with key customerexecutivestakeholders. Provenexpertisein writing Statements of Workand negotiatinglargeServices/Consulting contracts with customers. Experience inworking with partner ecosystem to co-sell and co-deliver outcome-based solutionsfor our customers.

Scaling & Collaboration - Lead virtual teams tosuccessfullybuild relationships with CXO-level stakeholders. Skilled in identifying value-creation opportunitiesandin influencing, collaborationandrelationship building

Industry Expertise –Experience inleading anddeliveringbusinesssolutions andverifiableoutcomesin Financial Services institutions;either as an employee or as a partner.

Technical Expertise - Drive business applications-enabled digital transformational conversations, aligned to customer priorities. Skilled in leveraging business applications consulting expertise & knowledge of Business capabilities of Microsoft’s Business Applications solutions, Core CRM & ERP processes, Business Process Mapping,SureStep365 MethodologyandRemote Work Solutions.

Sales Excellence - Drive the sales cycle from lead qualification through to deal closure. Skilled inSales Process (0-100% lifecycle), qualification, close planning, pipeline hygiene,negotiation,andout-based selling.
