This position will be instrumental in supporting our senior team members in customer meetings, solution research and gaining a strong foundation of the consultant role.

What You'll Bring:
  • 5-7 years in product management, sales or sales support experience with proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to sell and deliver customer solutions.
  • Works with Sales to identify and qualify key opportunities to accelerate the sales cycle with a problem-solving, design-thinking, customer-centric mindset and demonstrated skills in evaluating situations and identifying multiple solutions.
  • Strong communication with ability to be representative of product for market or vertical at conferences, summits, etc.
  • Writing skills and experience with preparing and delivering confident sales presentations leveraging existing materials and content as appropriate for clients interactions.
  • Relevant industry experience with ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of domain (e.g. fraud) served, keeping with trends in the application and impact of domain solutions.
  • Adept in engaging at various levels of seniority and roles within TU and the customer's organization, and able to effectively and efficiently communicate the impact of solutions.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and market share by using a strategic, disciplined, and focused approach.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (post pandemic)

Impact You'll Make:
  • Effectively present solutions that support the successful closure of opportunities and ensures client satisfaction.
  • Influences achievement of revenue by being aware of pipeline and solution revenue target
  • Direct the client engagement and solutions selling approach to be a credible, integrated partnership with clients on the adoption of our products and solutions.
  • Improve the sales team's understanding of TU's solutions, their applicability to opportunities and the value to customers in order to improve early-stage client discussions and opportunity identification.

What We'd Love to See:
  • Gathers and shares insights gained from client and sales interactions on unmet client needs as potential input for high-potential product development/expansion opportunities; supports senior PM on a new product build with voice-of-customer and ideating on market opportunities and direction of future product investment.
  • Understands and defines how TU products and solutions address critical client issues and contributes as needed in account management
  • Leverages internal and external data to understand the market and client-level performance; stays current on the competitive landscape, works with the product marketing group to capture and document competitor's capabilities and future plans.
  • Develops and presents technical product demonstrations; engages in RFI/RFP responses and leads efforts around POCs as needed and related to specific solutions and owns product-specific content included.
  • Participates in tradeshows and customer facing seminar presentations.
  • Supports implementation of solutions as needed to connect business needs with technical requirements, and provide technical overview of our products, functionality, system/data requirements and integration.
  • Experience with sales management tools, such as salesforce and/or Miro.
