- Launched and continuously improved documentation by focusing on both short-term and long-term goals.
- Excellent ability to clearly and accurately communicate procedural concepts.
- Exceptional written English skills, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and grammar.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong Presentation skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
- Familiarity with Active Directory.
- Creating, deleting and modifying profiles within applications and systems.
- Leads review, analyze and create detailed documentation, including workflows and steps required to maintain and minimize security impacts.
- Enforces security policies and procedures by performing periodic access control reviews.
- Assists with audits and compliance reviews including SOX audits and Regulatory Exams.
- Identifies outdated access control protocols and makes recommendations to modernize and strengthen IAM security.
- Participate in projects as Access Administration SME.
